Looking for the ultimate party appetizer? This Fiery Fiesta Layered Dip is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser! Packed with bold flavors, crunchy textures, and creamy layers, this dip is perfect for game days, gatherings, or whenever you're craving a delicious, no-fuss snack. Serve it with tortilla chips for a dish that disappears fast!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Fiery Fiesta Dip Mix

  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans

  • 1 (16 oz.) jar salsa

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • 1 small head lettuce, shredded

  • 2 cups, shredded cheddar cheese

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 large tomato, diced

  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

  • 1 (6 oz.) can black olives, drained and sliced

Directions:

  1. Prepare the base: Spread the refried beans evenly on the bottom of a serving dish or a 9x13-inch baking dish.

  2. Make the creamy layer: In a medium bowl, mix the Fiery Fiesta Dip Mix with the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Stir until well combined and smooth.

  3. Layer it up: Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the refried beans.

  4. Add the salsa: Pour the jar of salsa over the creamy layer, spreading it out with a spoon.

  5. Top with fresh ingredients: Sprinkle the chopped green bell pepper, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and green onions evenly over the salsa layer.

  6. Cheesy goodness: Generously top with shredded cheddar cheese.

  7. Final touch: Finish with sliced black olives, adding a burst of flavor and color.

  8. Chill and serve: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together for an even tastier dip.

Serving Suggestions:

Pair this vibrant layered dip with crispy tortilla chips, pita chips, or even veggie sticks for a lighter option.

Want to add a little extra spice? Try topping it with sliced jalapeños or a drizzle of hot sauce!

Make It Your Own:

  • Swap out cheddar cheese for a Mexican cheese blend.

  • Add guacamole for an extra creamy layer.

  • Include cooked taco-seasoned ground beef for a heartier dip.

  • Use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream for a lighter alternative.
