These meatballs bring a bold southern flair to your appetizer spread. Seasoned with a flavorful Classic Cajun Dip Mix, the meatballs are juicy, savory, and lightly spiced with hints of garlic, paprika, and herbs. Baked to perfection in minutes, they make an easy, crowd-pleasing option for any gathering.


Ingredients:

  • 1 Cajun Ranch packet Dip Mix

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs


Instructions:

  1. Mix & Form: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Cajun Ranch Dip Mix, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly until well blended.Roll into small cocktail-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).

  2. Bake:Preheat the oven to 500°F. Place meatballs on a jelly roll pan or baking sheet.Bake for 5-6 minutes, turning often for even cooking and browning.

  3. Serve:Transfer to a serving dish and offer with a dipping sauce.
