Ingredients:
1 Cajun Ranch packet Dip Mix
1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions:
Mix & Form: In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Cajun Ranch Dip Mix, egg, and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly until well blended.Roll into small cocktail-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter).
Bake:Preheat the oven to 500°F. Place meatballs on a jelly roll pan or baking sheet.Bake for 5-6 minutes, turning often for even cooking and browning.
