Looking for an effortless appetizer that looks fancy but takes almost no prep?

This Smoked Cream Cheese delivers bold, chipotle-spiced flavor with a silky, spreadable texture. It’s perfect for backyard barbecues, holiday tables, or anytime you want people to think you spent way more time in the kitchen than you actually did.

Smoky. Creamy. Gone in five minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Smokin Chipotle Dip Mix

  • 2 bricks of cream cheese (8 oz. each)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the cream cheese: Place both bricks of cream cheese on a sheet of foil or in a small cast iron skillet. Score the top lightly with a knife in a criss-cross pattern. This helps the seasoning cling and adds extra texture when smoked.

  2. Season generously: Sprinkle the entire packet of Smokin’ Chipotle Dip Mix over the top and sides of the cream cheese. Press lightly to help it stick.

  3. Smoke it: Place on your smoker at 225°F for about 20 minutes, or until the outside is lightly golden and the inside is irresistibly creamy. No smoker? Pop it in the oven at the same temp and add a few drops of liquid smoke to mimic the flavor.

  4. Serve it up: Let guests dig in with sturdy crackers, crostini, or fresh veggies. It also pairs beautifully with sliced sausage or as a bold addition to charcuterie boards.

Make It Your Own:

  • Drizzle with hot honey for a sweet-heat twist

  • Top with chopped pecans or crispy bacon crumbles

  • Spread on a bagel—just trust us on this one

  • Dip with traditional chips or Fritos
