This is perfect for a weeknight dinner or a hearty potluck dish. The Sizzlin’ Southwest mix will give it a nice subtle kick without overpowering the cheesy, comfort-food vibe.

Casserole Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

  • 2–3 tbsp Country Manor Sizzlin’ Southwest Dip Mix (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

  • 1–2 cups frozen tater tots

  • 1 small onion, diced (optional)

  • 1 can corn, drained (optional, adds a little sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef (and onion if using) until browned; drain excess fat.

  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, dip mix, corn (if using). Mix until combined.

  4. Transfer mixture to a greased 9x13 baking dish.

  5. Cover beef mixture with shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the top. Sprinkle with additional cheddar cheese.

  7. Bake 25–30 minutes, or until tater tots are golden and cheese is melted and bubbly.

  8. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Garnish Finish: After baking, sprinkle fresh chopped cilantro, green onions, or even a dollop of sour cream. Makes it look as good as it tastes.
